If you wish to return your product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

* A packing video showing the product being securely packed before it is returned.

Due to the nature of gel packs, minor leakage or moisture inside the package may occur during transit. Such cases are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange
